2. Services Offered
Easy Tires provides mobile tire services and light roadside assistance. The availability of services may vary depending on your location and technician availability.
We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including unsafe working environments or inaccessible locations.
3. Booking & Cancellations
- Appointments can be scheduled online or by contacting us directly.
- A confirmation message will be sent once your booking is accepted.
- We kindly request at least 12 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- No-shows or cancellations within 2 hours of the appointment may be subject to a service fee.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.
- Final pricing will be confirmed before the service begins.
- Payments can be made via e-transfer, debit, or credit.
- Invoices will be provided upon request.
5. Customer Responsibilities
By using our services, you confirm that:
- Your vehicle is in a safe, accessible location for mobile service.
- You have authority to authorize work on the vehicle.
- You have provided accurate contact and location information.
- All items removed from the vehicle are accounted for and stored securely.
6. Limitations of Liability
While we take every precaution to perform safe and effective service:
- Easy Tires is not responsible for existing or unrelated mechanical issues.
- We are not liable for delays due to weather, traffic, or other uncontrollable circumstances.
- We are not liable for losses or damages caused by misuse or neglect after service is completed.
7. Warranty Disclaimer
All services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee tire or battery performance beyond the standard manufacturer’s terms. Clients are encouraged to consult with us for recommendations.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and designs on this website are the property of Easy Tires and may not be reused, copied, or redistributed without prior written permission.
